While we strive to provide a long-lasting and reliable service, unforeseen circumstances may affect the future operations of the Company, which could result in the termination or modification of the service. In such an event, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
3. Non-Transferability in the Event of Change of Control:
This lifetime subscription is personal to the original subscriber and is not automatically transferable in the event of a change in control, merger, acquisition, or sale of the Company. Any continuation of the service or transfer of the subscription under new ownership will be at the sole discretion of the acquiring entity and is not guaranteed by the Company.
